Summer Term
Summer is a great time to be at TRU. It's an excellent opportunity to advance your academic progress with a variety of courses. Fill in missing courses. Try something new. Earn credits to speed the progress towards graduation.

Open Learning Courses
Summer is also a great time to take an Open Learning course. Search for OL courses that will help fill in your schedule.
Take a course for free this summer
Most TRU students who were full-time during the regular school year and are taking one or two summer courses can qualify to have their tuition, fees, and books up to $1,800 paid by a Canada Student Grant.
Apply by the end of the first week of classes to allow time for processing and disbursement.
